Has nice stats i think, would like to know how much it's worth. Can't add inscription.
 The 15%dmg over 50%hp is not removable. Can't add inscription.  I've read in the rare inscription skins price thread that it's worth 15e, just making sure if prices didn't maybe change since the thread is around 2 months old now  Thank you in advance.
